Body specs (174 cm, 69 kg, 20 kg, 2.0 m/s) are on the official product page. 8 h runtime and 71 DoF are from Agile Robots’ official LinkedIn, labeled as such. Do not use third-party 40 DoF / 170 cm figures.

Availability

Early commercial / enterprise inquiry. Agile Robots says the line entered series production by late summer 2026. Not a catalog checkout.

No published price. Treat this as a factory program, not a unit SKU.

What is Agile ONE?

Agile ONE is the first humanoid from Agile Robots SE, a Munich automation company founded in 2018 by experts from the German Aerospace Center (DLR). It was launched on 19 November 2025 as a co-worker for the production floor that moves between workstations and works alongside people and other robots.

Its main selling point is the hand. Each hand has modular fingers with 21 joints, fingertip sensors and force-torque sensing in every joint. Agile Robots pairs it with cameras, LiDARs, speech recognition and a chest display and expressive eyes that signal the robot's status to nearby workers. A layered AI system splits the work into task planning, rapid response and fine motor control. It is trained on Agile's industrial data, simulation and teleoperation data.

Agile ONE is designed to plug into the company's AgileCore software and its wider range of arms and mobile robots rather than to work as a standalone machine.

What Agile ONE is designed to do

Agile Robots lists material gathering and transport, pick-and-place, machine tending, tool use and fine manipulation as target tasks. The company demonstrated Agile ONE at Hannover Messe 2026 with an assembly station, where it assembled a miniature robotic arm. It also staged Agile ONE pressing the button that switched on Deutsche Telekom's Industrial AI Cloud in Munich.

Two design choices shape where it can work today. The chest display, eye and light signals and proximity sensor are there for close collaboration with people. Agile Robots also says most of the units it ships today are wheeled, because wheeled platforms already carry certification while no framework yet exists in Europe or North America for bipedal humanoids working alongside people.

Production timeline and availability

  • 19 Nov 2025: Agile ONE launched in Munich; in-house German production announced.
  • Jan 2026: production starts at a new 10,000 m² plant in Fürstenfeldbruck, Bavaria.
  • 4 Feb 2026: Agile ONE switches on the Telekom/NVIDIA Industrial AI Cloud, where Agile trains its foundation model.
  • 24 Mar 2026: research partnership with Google DeepMind (Gemini Robotics models).
  • 20 Apr 2026: Hannover Messe demo; smaller Agile ONE S shown for R&D.
  • Late summer 2026: line enters series production; units ship every working day, mostly wheeled.

Agile Robots does not publish a price or a self-serve order path. Access is by enterprise inquiry.

Prior generation

Noted on-page. Not a second URL.

One URL per model. Generations for Tesla Optimus (Gen 1 / 2 / 3) live in the body of this page — not as extra URLs. Digit and Figure generations are treated as separate product lines.

Agile ONE S

A smaller humanoid from Agile Robots that the company describes as designed primarily for research and development. Specs are not yet published. Not a second URL.

Wheeled vs legged builds

The Fürstenfeldbruck hall builds both. Agile Robots says most units shipping today are wheeled because wheeled platforms already carry certification, while no framework yet exists in Europe or North America for bipedal humanoids working alongside people.

How Agile ONE compares

  • vs NEURA 4NE1: both are German-made industrial humanoids. Agile ONE has published body specs and a production line in series production. Our 4NE1 page lists no published body specs yet.
  • vs Figure 03: both target factory and logistics work with partner-gated access. Agile ONE's published payload (20 kg) and height (174 cm) are in the same class as the Figure 03 figures on our page. Agile publishes a runtime of up to 8 h.
  • vs Hexagon AEON: another European industrial humanoid (165 cm, 60 kg per our AEON page). AEON leans on inspection and battery auto-swap. Agile ONE leans on dexterous hands and integration with its own arms and AMRs.
